Vivian Bencich is a name many in the Southeast already know. She spent thirty years helping clients fall in love with how they live, as co-founder, alongside her husband, of Square Feet Studio — an Atlanta-based commercial and hospitality design firm. In 2025, she realized a lifelong dream, launching her own eponymous residential interior design firm. Her diverse range of projects gives her a rare, layered perspective: she designs for how spaces are truly experienced, blending the functionality of the corporate world with the welcoming luxury of hospitality work and the authentic stories of home. Vivian listens before she specifies, designs for the long arc of a life, and brings the kind of calm, experienced guidance that makes a complex project feel entirely manageable. Her work is thoughtful and always deeply personal to the people who live in it. She is honored to be participating in this year’s Serenbe Showhouse.
