About The 2026 Serenbe Designer Showhouse

Serenbe and Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles magazine proudly present the 13th Annual Serenbe Designer Showhouse, benefitting the Decorative Arts Fellowship in partnership with the Art Farm’s Special Projects Council.

Located in the scenic Overlook hamlet of Serenbe, the 2026 Showhouse is a striking multi-story home designed by Serenbe Planning & Design and built by Phillip Clark Custom Homes, with interior finishes led by design duo Mister + Mrs Sharp.

This exquisite residence serves as a pinnacle of rural luxury, situated in Serenbe’s scenic neighborhood, Overlook. Designed to harmonize with the rolling hills and natural preservation of the area, the home features a light-filled floor plan that seamlessly bridges the gap between traditional Southern warmth and modern design.

The Showhouse will feature over 10 acclaimed interior designers, each transforming the expansive living spaces into a masterclass of texture and style.
