If you already purchased your Showhouse Tour Ticket, you can add on a Sip n’ Stroll for $10 at the Showhouse.

Join us for a special evening celebrating the release of Start In Your Backyard with author and Serenbe founder Steve Nygren. Guests will enjoy a signed copy of the book, sparkling wine, and an exclusive tour of the 2025 Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles Serenbe Designer Showhouse.
