Ryan Duffey is a registered architect whose focus is running a boutique custom residential design firm. He graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Architecture in 2004 and began his career in Atlanta, Georgia. His primary focus is the design of single-family homes, but the Serenbe Textile Lofts is his first foray into the world of commercial design. He founded J. Ryan Duffey Architect in 2012 and has completed work in Georgia, Texas and Florida. His focus is crafting unique buildings that are both well-conceived and highly detailed. He lives in Atlanta with his wife Nancy and two daughters, Harper and Ralls. Jeremy Griffin, a Georgia native, joined the firm to help make the Textile Lofts a reality. His experience as an architect and dedication to the design process have been a major part of bringing the project to fruition.
